Account executive

Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full set of account.
  • Able to handle full sets of accounts, Management reporting and liaison with internal & external auditors.
  • Handle daily accounting entries and transactions relating to accounts payables.
  • Monitor account payables to ensure that payments are up to date.
  • Prepare monthly payment reports.
  • Assists ad-hoc accounting assignments.
  • Handle accounts receivable / accounts payable / bank reconciliation and other related functions.
  • Handling accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents and other day to day operations of accounts functions.
  • Perform any other duties and assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma in Accounting of LCCI or partial qualified in Professional Degree.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in keeping full set of accounts in a property developer environment.
  • Familiar with UBS accounting software, computer literate.
  • Being meticulous, attention to details organized and has the sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and UBS Software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
