Credit Admin Assistant
1.Generate issuance of variation progress billing to purchaser
2. Monitor and liaise with solicitor, purchaser and end- financiers, attend to their correspondence on Sales and Purchase/Loan documentation, credit control functions, billing and collections.
3. Work closely with sale & marketing team through prompt customer service in regards to preparation of handling over /vacant possessions to purchases.
4.Liaise with account department internally for issuance of invoices/receipts, billing /collections and others administrative coordination.
5.To ensure all correspondence from purchaser and solicitors are being attended promptly and all payments due are dully collected
6. Assist in all other sales enquires, sale administrative functions and sales launches as and when required
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in Business studies/ Administration/ management or equivalent.
Good command in written & spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Computer literate and able to work independently
Meticulous, organized and responsible
Prefer candidate staying nearby Bandar Tun Razak & Permaisuri.
Possess own transport.
